The room was very spacious, and the location great: just a few steps away from Waikiki beach! The staff was nice and friendly. Reading other reviews we were afraid that we wouldn't be able to sleep because of the bar in the hall, but despite being right above it on the 2nd floor, we couldn't even hear the music.

Loved my stay here. Booked super last minute and was able to get a room and parking for a rental car. Staff was friendly and I’d absolutely stay here again!

Customer service and accommodations were amazing. The staff was always eager to help. Including the GM who was called to give approval for my stay. I highly recommend this place.

My room was clean but no 'regular' tv channels such as ABC, Fox, ESPN, CBS, etc. I was -am thankful for free Oahu newspaper and coffee In Stay hotels lobby. However, the parking lot was full. I have disabled placard due to my stroke in 2014. The Stay hotel in my opinion violated ADA act as I required disabled parking.

Great location close to famous Waikiki beach. The tea and coffee table in hotel lobby is great to start your day. Also the hotel staff is nice and try to help. Because of our evening flight, we asked to leave our luggage at reception during the day and it was not a problem. However we couldn't take a shower in the hotel in the evening, they provided us towels so we could take a shower on the beach.
